How We Use SMS at De Rosa Music Academy
At De Rosa Music Academy, we use SMS (text messaging) to keep you up to date with important information about your child’s lessons.
When We Use SMS
We may send you a text to let you know about:

Lesson reminders or cancellations.

Changes to schedules (e.g. a teacher running late or absent).

Urgent updates (e.g. school closures due to weather).

Payment reminders, where necessary.
What We Don’t Use SMS For

We don’t use SMS for marketing unless you have given consent.

Tutors do not contact parents or pupils directly by text — all messages come from our central system.

We don’t include sensitive or detailed information in SMS.
Safeguarding and Privacy

All communication is logged and monitored for safeguarding purposes.

Your contact details are kept securely in line with data protection laws.

You can update your details or opt out of SMS at any time by contacting the office.

Summer 2026 - Derosa Music Horsham Summer Programme
Weekly lessons may take a break over the summer however Derosa Music Horsham certainly doesn't stop!
Make Summer 2026 one filled with music by enrolling on to one (or more!) of our specialist classes. Wether you are looking to refine your technique, expand your performance knowledge or learn something completely new, we have plenty going on over the six week break to suit your musical need.
You do not have to be a Derosa student already to enroll -everyone is welcome!
All courses are designed for different instruments based on skill sets and are open to students of all ages.
